Kinza Allen – Coaching is here to help you find your vision, purpose, passion, and direction in life as you navigate areas such as careers, relationships, and faith.

With your Coach, you will have someone to share your thoughts and dreams with and someone to keep you accountable to your goals.

Instead of telling you what to do or giving you advice, your Coach will listen carefully to you and hear what you are trying to accomplish. Afterall, it is your life! Your Coach will ask you lots of questions which will help you clarify your plans and think critically about what has to be done next.

How does it work?

  • Coaching Sessions are intended to enhance and not disrupt the flow of the Client’s life. Sessions are always done remotely (usually via video call).
  • Sessions are 1 hour in length and are usually scheduled every-other-week.
  • Clients have access to their Coach between sessions via text, email, and short phone calls to stay connected and motivated.
  • Clients are required to commit to a minimum of 3 Sessions to ensure notable gains and progress in their life.
